This was the first time I tried a bit of draping in the transformation challenge. Peter was so good at this challenge, so I thought I would copy his style and try a bit of draping. For once I made a skirt that fitted the mannequin properly, even if I had sewn it inside out, but I went with the mistake and sewn the zip on the outside as well.
When it came to judging, Patrick liked the seams on the outside and said that it looked rather Vivienne Westwood. Finally a mistake that gave me a positive result! I was really relieved with the result, I was finally getting better at this transformation challenge!
